An heirloom is a piece of belonging which is passed on from generation to generation. In India, there has always been a tradition to hand over pieces as a token of love and blessings. Everyone in India has hidden treasures which have some jewelry, sarees, shawls, suits, dupattas and much more which someone in the family has passed down to the next generation. These pieces become delicate due to the wear and tear but are cherished forever. The value of these pieces increases each time when they are passed down further.
